德中弘晟(郑州)生物制药有限公司由归国留学博士杨莼弘女士创办，以生产医药中间体、精细化工产品、饲料药物添加剂等为主营方向的化工高新技术企业。 首期工程投资200万欧元，严格按照美国FDA和农业部GMP标准设计建设，已于2008年5月一次性通过兽药GMP认证，二期工程包括新型饲料药物添加剂、生物反应调节剂等在内的高新技术项目正在实施可行性论证，不久将开工建设。
